They come out easily if you use nonstick spray.
T mold works fine but allowed some water in from the sous vide cooking. This egg bite mold is the perfect size. The mold fits perfectly in my instant pot.

Cons
White is an indicator of fillers and not a high-quality silicone, so i'm returning it. Had a big mess. Just sits in a drawer. Cannot use to sous vide.

My only recommendation is that they make the silicone just a little thicker as it is just slightly flimsy when filled
