Bought these to replace garbage seagate disks for my nas 2 of 4 seagate disks died within 90 days of the warranty expiring

That did help me optimize firefox which turns out to be a total disk pig but noise isnt generally what id call a strong feature

Ill be putting these drives in a freenas server that has gone through two sets on wd red drives in too short of a time
