I also like that these can hang from a hook and the best thing is the little sliding mechanism that locks these in a closed position so they take up less roomthis locking part is just a simple metal key that slides in and out at the end and it doesnt seem particularly strong so im not sure how well it will hold up but even if it eventually fails it wont affect the functionality of the tongs
