Pros
Easy to use and seems durable. Six point compression gives a much more firm grip than the similar four point grip tools. The tool is pretty handy.
The dt crimper is much smaller and is still a challenge to use in certain spots, but, who knows-it might prove to be manageable. Makes a square crimp which works great for electrical wire connections. Round wire ferrules into squares with nice ridges.... Read More
Cons
The capacity of this crimper is totally misrepresented. They need to crimp 8 ga ferrules, which are smaller than 6 ga so these should have worked fine. The springs limit the ability to actually crimp. Is not ergonomic.
