Pros
The navy blue is perfect. It’s very well-made, roomy, and a gorgeous cognac color. The sorrel color is gorgeous. The purse is so beautiful, i want every color!
The center zippered compartment keeps essentials from spilling out. It's roomy, has plenty of space if you need to carry more stuff. The bag also has a central zipper to close the bag so nothing falls out.
The craftsman and sturdiness is amazing worth every penny. Customer service is trustworthy.
The leather is thick and the hardware is sturdy. The inside is soft and silky. The handles allows you to carry it on your arm and it comes with a long strap you can attach to use it as a cross body bag.
Cons
The pebbled texture is unattractive. There was still residual chemical odor, not as bad, but noticeable.

The videos were deceiving the double shoulder straps looked longer and it only fits on my elbows unless you have skinny arms

Mine rubbed up against a small section of wall that was flat surfaced and came back with a small spot where the red was completely rubbed off

They tend to become a catch all and everything sinks to the bottom which is frustrating

It is very heavy even when there is nothing in it

It is very thick and rigid which makes less room to organize things because it is a struggle to fit them in and adjust them neatly
