Pros
Great value - nice light - everyone loves the new feel of the kitchen. My only complaint - which is probably my fault - is that i think i would prefer a more soft light to remove some of the blue light.
Cons
The color temperature is pretty neutral.

Look on the bottom of the lutron swith and you will see a little lip if you pull that lip it works and the lights dim and do not flicker

I bought 2 packages and when they stay steady they fine but when i try to dim they only dim a little bit and then they flicker so slightly every 2030 seconds

Well well well i started reading about the dimmable switches and why this lights would not dim and flicker and lo and behold there is nothing wrong with this lights if your lights flicker it is because the lutron dimmable switch is not set to led

The colorintensity of this version is a bit hard on my eyes
