Pros
My company provides these as ergonomic work chairs. The adjustable lumbar support is hard to beat. The back tilting motion is super smooth, the chair feels exceptionally sturdy.
Cons
I have no issues with the back support, flexibility, or depth adjustments - but the seat comfort is very unpleasant. An awful way to spend a 40 hour work week.

This has been a solid comfortable chair for six years of use

Not sure if i can give it 5 stars if it was 700 but then again the chair i have at home which is 70 is much much worse

They didnt call back right away so i just brought it in and a guy came out and fixed it right in the lobby
