Pros
The chair is so comfy i find myself dosing off while working. It is comfortable and does not make my back hurt from prolonged sitting. The seller (madison seating) reconditions these chairs well.
It arrives preassembled. Assembly is * in 4 bolts with the included allen wrench.
Cons
This chair is a huge disappointment. My other complaint is how needlessly heavy this chair is.

It is very hard with almost zero cushioning. Because it's not properly contoured at the front it cuts off the circulation in my legs. The seat is so short that it literally cuts off my circulation mid-thigh.
