This kit provides much better support than the old foam lumbar cushion. It is much more substantial in terms of strength of support than a foam bar.

Poster fit provides better back support and is adjustable forward and back similar to a car seats' lumbar support. This is the second upgrade i have recently done to my aeron chair.

Cons

The control knob only adjusts support for the lower spine/pelvic area. The lumbar pad itself is nonadjustable, neither up/down nor forward/back. Seller really needs to provide instructions or link to instructions online.
