Pros & Cons
Pros
Evenly heats, cleans up easy. Heat distribution is excellent. Heating is ver even. This was a tough purchase to make because of the cost, but when you think of all the teflon flakes you've had to eat, it seems like a good deal.
These are made incredibly well and will be used for generations. I have a few pots of lifetime stainless cookware for over 50 yrs and they still look good. They are worth the money.
Cons
Ply stainless steel by hammer stahl is not the same as the 7 ply by all clad. Base of the handle is too narrow. On the opposite rim.

Anyway while the cost is substantial the 34you get what you pay for34 adage is absolutely true in this case
Purchased one pan only to determine if cost was worth it and it is

And im the cook at 77 years old but used to be a prep cook in a hotel kitchen back in the 80s
Competitiveness
So a bit better than advertised 7ply vs 5ply advertised
I have many items from a competing brand that is highly rated and heritage stands head and shoulders above all others that i have used
