Pros & Cons
Pros
Mounted under front fender on my hotrod project. Put on honda pioneer utv.
Amazon prime and pricing. Nice low profile, aesthetically pleasing design. Two washer to compensate for thickness of metal and depth of antenna.
Cons
It falls through a factory cut hole. Made for small hole and thin hull. No grounding strap, so i assume this is for mounting on a metal surface. Base does not swivel.
Would not recommend. Try about 6 qt best. Not worth returning. Returned for refund.
I get only 1 radio station using this. Had to modify it to get a better signal. Absolutely does not gain reception.
