These are the safest i have found. I have to use something & also have pre-diabetes so need to watch sugar also!

The lozenge has no honey and tastes like a menthol *. It is pretty medicinal tasting to me.

It’s never made sense to me to suck on a cough drops full of sugar that lowers immunity

These cough drops dont have that super strong sensation like halls or cepacol

They have an extremely mild cooling effect so i dont recommend these for instant relief of a really sore throat
