Pros

Boswellia, curcumin and ginger are powerful against inflammation. Works well for ibs, bloating, heartburn and asthma.

Cons

One reviewer reported terrible licorice indigestion. Another reported withdrawal from her antidepressant.

Going back to taking swanson's 400 mg boswellia. It is non-returnable. Waste of my time with sellers like this. Would not recommend to anybody.
