S&c is great for wavy and curly hair. After washing it leaves your dry curly hair more manageable. Moisturizes super well and leaves my hair shiny and very curly.
It suds nicely, without needing tons of product. Takes a bit of elbow grease to rinse out. I scrunch it in and it works really well!
The sulfate free, artificial colors free formula is good, and gives you less chemicals to worry about. The sulphate free ingredient is a plus.
Cons
It dries out my hair and does not hold the curls at all. Wont buy again, its in the garbage after 1 use. It's really cheap so if it works for you amazing, but i'm going back to my salon stuff.

Also for a nonsulfate shampoo it lathers like i accidentally put soap in the dishwasher
