Pros & Cons
Pros
In conjunction with echinacea and vitamin c, is my go to for stopping a cold in it's tracks! Used this to help through a chest cold. I believe this helped my acute bronchitis, but obviously it could have been placebo.
Will never be without this in my crunchy natural arsenal.
Unlike other options this has been proven to work. Started using it when living in brazil. Works and is effective.
Cons
Up to 62% alcohol- main ingredient. Tastes like rubbing alcohol when putting drops in drinks as directed. I am a huge fan of herbal medicine, but this did not seem to work for me.
