This is well known in the herbalist world. Works great at keeping the bugs away. Very good at preventing colds and flu. Used with garlic and one other tincture.

Originally i added half a teaspoon of manuka honey to the mixture until i couldnt stand the sweetish taste anymore

And here is why i by the tincture rather than a capsule where the taste doesnt play a role recently i have been diagnosed with ataxia from arsenic poisoning

Wellknown culprits are indian medicinal herbs green chinese tea and rice brown worse than white
