This helps tremendously! I'm thrilled to have found a supplement that really delivers what it advertises. Otherwise they're fine.

The pills are rather large and not that great smelling but well worth putting up with the momentary unpleasantness. No after taste and easy to *. This is my 2nd order and i'll most likely keep ordering. These pills are exactly the same as the dr.

Went through 2 bottles, doubled dosage, very little effect. Have not noticed this helping symptoms of menopause. Do hope they help some, but didnt help me at all.
