Pros

Once you think you know the answer the author pivots in another direction. The story is well developed and has a great pace. I am not an avid reader so reading the same author mor than once means he kept my attention.

The tracy crosswhite books are breath taking. Cannot wait to read to the next installment. I find sophomore books to be less intense than the first one.

Det. Dugoni seamlessly brings the mystery into this next crime to solve. Tracy crosswhite is a protagonist that you as a reader just root for because dugoni has made her such a likeable main character.

Tracy crosswhite is such a strong and believable character! I am thrilled with the story lines, the characters are human.

Cons

A book moll book. Well, these are those books tenfold. My biggest pet peeve is there is no way a cop and especially a criminal will use and will never use the freaking.

The plot of this book is impossible to reconcile. The plot twists are painfully predictable. The author additionally fixates on specific words and phrases and repeats them over and over. The ending is an utterly predictable twist.
