Pros

This fan fits perfect in our bathroom vent. It is noisier than the high end fans but for the price, its a great solution. If you want less noise, you need larger, slower blades that spin slower.

Cons

Very cheaply made, expected more for the price. Even when the blades are removed, the motor makes a loud whine. No instructions were included in the box which were needed for ventline type vent covers.
