Pros

Overall i'm pleased and hoping the motor holds up. Works almost too strong. Haven't run it yet tho. This fan is great and saves you hundreds of dollars vs other brand fans.

This installs so easily i was amazed. The wiring even lines up where the old fan's so i just connect up teh existing wiring.

The fan can replace an existing fan without having to reseal the roof. Here is where it shines, this thing moves enough air to test model gliders, with the door to the can shut your feet will become frost bitten by all of the a/c provided.

Some coaches have a fantastic fan over the galley area and a dinky fan in the vent above the toilet. Pulls moisture out of the bathroom nicely. This fan is a good and affordable replacement for the standard wimpy rv bathroom exhaust fans.

It is forceful and is a tad loud. Now they are fairly quiet.

Quality

Works well and was very easy to install

Works great definitely a upgrade from the stock fan

With the screw tightened all the way it rubs on the screen making it difficult to open or close the vent

The first fan i received stopped working almost right away

Price

Overall i am happy with the fan and the price

So at the end of the day i believe the conversion is an appreciable upgrade not very expensive 60 bucks and not difficult

Packaging/appearance

There was one sheet metal screw missing in the package but it was easy to find a 6 x 134 screw to replace it

The seller exchanged them on warranty and the new ones came out of the box balanced and true

Competitiveness

Installation was straight forward and a much better option than ripping the whole vent unit out of the roof and replacing it wi...  Read More

The original unit is a toy compared to the heng unit

I don’t know if it’s quieter but i didn’t get the one with the adjustable speed anyway it works it fits it’s easy and the screen comes off very easy you don’t have to move everything to clean the screen as the old model that everything had to be removed

This is much more quiet and volumes of air moved

Product quality seems pretty good but i’m not sure how well the unit will hold up over time

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

It moves a ton of air and is way quieter than the stock tiny fan that came in our rv bathroom vent

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

Installation was pretty straight forward but there were no instructions

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

You do have to make sure that you make the electrical connections with the correct polarity

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

If you get them reversed the fan will turn backwards drawing air into the rv instead of exhausting it

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

I used crimp splices to make the connections
