Pros

The lower strap is a little long for me. The strap is good for reminding you that you need to fix your posture. I help my daughter sew in a home based business and wearing this brace makes the long hours very comfortable.

Cons

This strap looks best on infomercials rather than actually using it. The straps around the arms tend to come loose over even a morning, rendering it ineffective for its real job.
