It absolutely stinks! This stuff makes the pain worse! It's a quack medicine in my opinion. My suggestion is to go and see your doctor for help with haemorrhoids, where you will be prescribed something that will work!

Yes as many others have said there is that weird sensation after first applying the daytime cream some say burning yes i thought the same at first but then realised it was a cooling sensation
