Unfortunately my back problems are concentrated in my upper back and neck and because of the natural curve of the spine and shoulders the pillow just does not reach the upper area

The neck pillow doesnt apply the same amount of pressure as the rest of the pillow

I hit amazon and found a bunch and picked the cheapest one that would get to me the fastest figuring with prime i could return it easily if it didnt work
