Pros

The helix safety ruler, 12 inch, metal is strong and heavier than the others. It has the standard metric and imperial measurements.

The center of the rule makes it safe keeping your fingers away from the cutter knifes. Has a nice center groove for pencil placement and finger placement for a firmer pressure.

Two slight nitpicks:1. No more frustrating slipping and sliding. Also the non slip base adds a wonderful feature for using it on slick surfaces.

Cons

Made in china. Poor quality. I wish amazon would disclose in their website where these products are made" - amazon.
