Pros

Both pant types are excellent. Moisture beads up on the nylon material, and it wicks moisture better, making it a better pant for excercise or in the rain.

Helikon-tex pants (their shorts as well) fit just right except the length. I'm about 5'9 and i have some other pants that are 32l. The waist is little big but that was my choice, however the thighs are tight.

Both pants have a small pouch on the inside of the waistband front for iwb concealed carry. It holds securely if you aren't doing rigorous movements, but i wouldn't want to accidentally discharge the gun where it points directly at my femoral artery.

Otp pants have zippered cargo pockets that could prevent would-be-pickpockets. The fabric is soft and flexible, not stiff. The otps also have more stretch to the fabric so they are even more comfortable than the utps. I wish the otp pant had these.

Cons

The stitching and materials are very low quality in for imported pants. Velcro closure hidden in the pictures that were shown.

Slight stretch to waist for iwb holster

It wouldnt snag the gun but it lacks protection for the trigger area which makes a iwb holster much more practical
