Pros

Easy to use to re-tap spark plug hole in briggs & stratton 190 cc lawn mower engine. Needed to replace spark plug thread in head of briggs 10hp engine.

Followed the instructions. Hopefully it lasts. Play a little more for this tool, and save yourself a lot of grief.

Saved my 99 lincoln from junkyard. Had a classic 5. Chevrolet engine in a van. Engine runs. Good as new.

Cons

The spark plug inserts are not long enough for the spark plug. I am now faced with installing a new head or dumping the vehicle as parts.

There were no directions so ill share what i did1 grap the spark plug you plan on using and find the correct length insert that covers all threads on the spark plug2 screw insert onto spark plug nit tight just snug3 grab the tapreamer and slop a lot of grease on the tap this will grab the chunks of metal shavings and stop it from falling inside3 start the tapreamer by hand then use a reached to screw it in keep going until it stops then pull it out3

I recommend blowing out the inside of the cylinder with compressed air to remove any shavings that the grease didnt catch
