Pros

It is different from other vanillas, similar to mexican but more complex, dark like madagascar but sweeter and fruitier.

Simply outstanding. It is somewhat pricey, so that may keep me from ordering it again. Good instruction manual.

Cons

Vanilla is not cheap and this brand has a smell that is not enjoyable. Aroma and flavor are both lost in a baked good unless a lot of product is used. It smells bad and had ruined three recipes i have made.
