Pros

Can use regular scissors. Fit my shoes perfectly. Easy to use, measure and cut to size.

The memory foam is fantastic. Gives you a little height, is comfortable, and really helps me straighten my back since i usually walk with bad posture. Either way, any boost counts even if it does not feel like a major boost.

Arrived fast and as advertised. Great seller. Solidly made item for a reasonable price.

Using product for hip damage and leveling. This product makes it possible for me to purchase shoes form any source and adjust the shoe for my condition and avoid purchasing special shoes.

The solution is to raise the heel of the foot so that it doesn't rub. I wear moccasins which have thin, flexible soles. These soles work. They fit well and stay put in my dress shoes, casual shoes, sneakers and even my slippers.

Cons

Don't be fooled by the tricky 2 pack description. No arch support, just flat wedge design. Amazon's reputation is on the line by allowing these kind of dishonest companies operate under its flag.
