If you shoe is a snug fit and youre using for heel protection they might shift and come off while youre trying to fit your foot in your shoe

The adhesive is pretty decent if you dont try to move them around too much as the fabric or other materials from the shoe will just stay stuck to the adhesive then they wont stick any more

I used the liners for my old sneakers cause the back of my running shoes were torn apart and created bruises on my heels and so far the liners have prevented direct contact between the broken shoe and my heel
