Pros

These cushion and prevent blisters as well as wear and tear in the inside of my shoes. Adds padding so shoes don't rub. Works perfect for heal support.

Super soft and cushioned. One smaller complaint is they could be softer.

Cons

The title heel cushion was just an asian-english misspeak. They are so soft and go flat soon after applying them. Too bad they are useless.
