I love this series, but there are some books in this series that are just filler and almost skipable. Fills me with great anticipation for your next. Eagerly awaiting the next book.

The spellmonger is away and can penny with the help of rondal and terleman prevent the destruction of the kingdom. Starting before end of book 12 this edition covers penney and ron for the summer.

Each and every book in this series shows us just how much epicer fantasy can get. The writing style matches the time period without it being too old-fashioned. It seems like each one of the spell monger books gets better and better.

Non-stop action and a fantastical tale. Well crafted. Pretty big cliffhanger at the end.
