I can only do 8 three quarter squeezes on the 200lb grip

To tone down the knurling a bit i wrapped medical tape around the handles

I haven’t lifting weights for about 4 years just got back in the saddle recently

I really enjoy the mobility and range of power required in these grip strengtheners and highly recommend them to seek that arm power

I have wore out and broke “200lb” grippers that really didn’t seem that strong
