Very happy with this product but its time to move on
I bought the 150lbs 200lbs and 250lbs set and i regret not starting with the 100 lbs gripper
Intermediate 200250if your able to deadlift 405lbs do 1015 pullups the 200lbs grip should be about right
Price
However at their price heavy grips are an unbeatable deal

Oct 29th updatei just started on the 200lb one at 30 reps per hand
I haven’t lifting weights for about 4 years just got back in the saddle recently
Competitiveness
They are he most durable strongest and they are the competition gripper hence why they are more expensive
Can hang from a bar do a couple pullups

Never did the grippers any kind balls foam other grippers just didnt cut it

I closed 100 right away got to 150 no problem worked a couple of months to close 200 fully closed on the photo
