My grip was awful but i didnt have much time so i brought the intermediate trainer i know not smart

If you are looking at this range of grip trainers then you probably intend to do some fairly serious work

With that in mind i can say that these are well made products and i dont have any major gripes except that at 50lb increments the range of grips has the resistance set too far apart for efficient training
