Pros

Like lightbulbs and ovens! It is a must have in your livestock first aid kit. Comes with a handy storage pouch.

Cons

The description for this thermometer says it is medical office quality, and that the qc statement says it reads within. Not accurate whatsoever. This one is inconsistent to its own measurement.

It displays incorrect temperature. Temps are low by up to 5 degrees when you follow the distance in the instructions. Changed to new batteries still does not record any accurate temperature.
