Pros
The trick is to allow it to re-hydrate long enough. Mixing is easy because i use an emersion blender and it makes mixing a breeze. It definately has it's place in the pantry and it's nice to have something like this that is shelf stable.
Taste is subjective, but for someone like me that enjoys cream not milk, this fit the bill. A hint, but not over powering like many. It's still dairy but my body seems fine with it.
Cons
Blended with mixer and still grainy. Does not dissolve in anything, hot or cold.
Bad business and not for me. Robbed me of $30 dollars. Expensive for 3 attempts and no satisfaction.
Tried to return but was refused. Can't return or get a refund. This product is not returnable.
It looks like curdled sour milk with small clumpy pieces. Does not taste like dairy cream. Smells off and tastes worse than non-dairy creamer.

I coat liver with it before frying and it tastes great
I keep the powder on hand for times without fresh dairy and also when out at the lake fishing
I make a slurry with it to dip chicken pieces in before dipping in bread crumbs to fry
If your sauce is a bit soupy this is great as it does not add to the clumpreduce factor like adding flour or more corn starch
