I make sure wherever we are if possible i rinse them as soon as they are emptied because if not dried bits of food gets stuck in the corners and zipper

Wash by handdishwasher any way you want and yes i stuck mine in the freezer and and it didnt even bust

I thought i gave myself plenty of room with my first applesauce trial and quickly learned that what i put in wouldnt fit so i grabbed a straw and sucked some out to avoid a messy closure
