There was a 5 year warranty on this product, but i never contacted the manufacturer until the third one broke.

I know they are continually working on improvements and have clearly changed as far as some of these horrible customer service reviews.

I have bought three of them in the past two years, not because they have been faulty but because other family members also have back problems needed this quality hot pad.
