Pros
Not that hard to install and great for the price. Works great. A bit pricey in my opinion tho.
This is the second towel warmer we've owned. It is much hotter than my free-standing warmer.
Use a level, a tape measure, and pencil to layout the mounting locations. A paper template to locate the mounting points on the wall is needed. Otherwise, considerable patience and care is required.
It drys the towels quickly helping to prevent mildew and the towels are pleasantly when you uses them. Works well at drying our towels in a bathroom with little ventilation.
Cons
It takes several hours for this thing to heat the towels sufficiently to take off any chill. Treat it as a glorified towel rack. Manufacturer offered to review the problem and replace defective parts.

You have to cut the plug of to hard wire

If you mount it high its more accessible but inconvenient if its mounted lower which is most likely where most people do it
