Pros
Drying a wet towel takes several hours. The towels are always dry and the air is not damp that prevents mold development. It also heat much quicker and gets much warmer.
Easy to install. I prefer toggle bolts than the drywall anchors supplied. Otherwise easy to assemble and install. Easy to bolt together.
The finish is a nice brushed stainless steel over the whole item. Solid and luxurious. Heavy stainless steel.
Cons
Not impressed. Sending back. Did not meet expectations. Cost of returning it is unbelievable.

I can fit a fullsize bath towel a washcloth two hand towels and the turban that i use to dry my hair on the rack
Bonus i also use this to dry handwash items

Everything warms in about 20 to 25 minutes and then dries out over the next 45 minutes or so after i use them

I wanted a diy unit no electricians involved or hanging wires or timer leading to nowhere if i took it down and more floor space

If you screw it into the studs only another screwdriver will take it down

I just broke down and bought a plugin programmable timer so if we keep on schedule the towels will be warm
