It works perfectly so far. Perfect for upgrading our master bath. Love the look and functionality of this towel bar. Works great, would buy again. Great towel holder.
Overall a great experience. Highly recommend this. We appreciate them standing behind their product and gave them an excellent rating because of their desire to work with us and make it right.
I has an electrician install a countdown timer which is absolutely the way to go. We love the programmer that sets up a time to come on and off at certain times.
It dries your towel in no time, so you never have that stinky towel syndrome. No stinky towels. They don't have that wet smell from hanging damp all day.
Cons
The size we bought is small enough for the small bathroom. It does not heat our towels unless you weave the towels into each bar. Need some satisfaction here from the manufacturer.

When you install it there is no wiggle room if you eversoslightly get those mounting points off by a minute fraction

Measuring over and over again and numerous times of putting the unit up against the wall risking scratching the new paint job making absolutely sure that the markings for the screws were precise
