Pros

All measurements are metric so you are getting measurements like 3-3/16 or 18-29/32. Easy install, heats up quickly and looks amazing! This plate matches better than the stock plate.

Cons

The big problem is it burns towels and has no auto shut off. Holes for the screws are improperly made. Our towels burn.

Other ones that have the similar finish brushed nickelstainless steel are almost double the price
