Pros

I has an electrician install a countdown timer which is absolutely the way to go. Adds a spa like feel to our redone bathroom.

Overall a great experience. Highly recommend this. We appreciate them standing behind their product and gave them an excellent rating because of their desire to work with us and make it right.

It dries your towel in no time, so you never have that stinky towel syndrome. Took about 2 hours to dry my towel. They don't have that wet smell from hanging damp all day.

I am impressed with the weight, nothing flimsy about it. Nice match to the other brush/satin nickel bath items. Beautiful matte black finish.

It heats up quick and is hot. Heats my towels quickly and quite toasty. This really is a great towel warmer.

Cons

The size we bought is small enough for the small bathroom. It does not heat our towels unless you weave the towels into each bar. Need some satisfaction here from the manufacturer.

Packaging/appearance

The towel warmer was packed really well

The cardboard box came in a plastic cover and it didn’t get wet at all even after sitting in the rain for two hours

Looked great ended up installing another size tho

The cover that goes over the electrical box was not as clean as i would like but its mostly hidden behind the rack so thats fine

Competitiveness

We had to return a different brand one because it didn’t come with the hardwire plate this one dose and it looks better

Heating seems uneven but my only comparison is with the space heater i have
