Size l fits me snug, but i normally wear xl. My ample spare tire means that the tightest point is at the pockets. This vest fits true to size, warms up very quickly.
Cons
Went to install battery pack in back pinch, chord was sewn inside vest and not into pocket. Would have had to cut the pocket open to access the chord. All around shoddy product.

The battery doesnt last a super long time but you can use most usb power banks as a replacement to get more time or capacity

If you have a dad bod to the extreme like i do then definitely err on the side of 34truetosize34 sizing or even one size up if you plan to wear layers underneath
