Pros & Cons
Pros
The heel cup pulls up a bit, but the socks don't bunch up. They are easy to recharge and take 3-5 hours to recharge to full power. I keep it on the low setting and my feet stay comfy and cozy.
Cons
The socks are so long in the foot part would nicely fit someoywith size 13 or 14 feet. Another critique i could say is that these socks are one-size-fits-all. Wore them once and left foot was burnt.
The info for this product is completely incorrect and misleading. No support for warranty. Useless now.
