The qualify of the fabric is soft comfortable and keep my neck with the warm touch
Downgrading it has mostly to do with the battery pack

Be aware for some reason the light will flash randomly when off indicating its still using power

But charging is slow and it doesnt last that long overall

There is no sense of pressure on your neck

Maybe one other thing is although a powercharger cord is included which plugs into a wall charger with a usba head the other end that plugs into the battery is microusb
