Pros
Ketosis is a metabolic state in which the body begins to 'eat itself', burn it's own fat. I take it for my nails which are brittle, chipped & pealing. Have added this to my skin care regiment.
Backlit screen that shines green, yellow or red depending how out of whack your bp is. The monitor is easy to use and the large information made it easy to read and understand.
Easy to take capsules and no more saggy skin. I take these in the morning and they are easy to *. Love the convenience of the capsules.
Cons
The readings are very inaccurate. I think that maybe it is the fault of the size of the cuff but this is wildly inaccurate. Waste of money.

Still can’t figure out how to change from person 1 to person 2 which is frustrating but only need monitoring for one person anyway

It was a little high in the doctors office and he gave me a prescription for blood pressure medication which i felt was not needed
