This mask is washable (when you take out the flaxseed center) which is a big upgrade. The head strap is adjustable so i can loosen it accordingly. It can be filled with a removable bag of flaxseeds.

It's much better than something you put in the freezer or warm up in the microwave. The mask is small and easy to fit over your eyes.

Cons

Even if you unzip and remove the flax seed sack, it still feel uncomfortable because of where it sits. This just sits on your eyelids forcing them closed. With my ebmd, anything touching my eyes causes intolerable pain.

Luckily there are three auto off settings 15 30 and 60 minutes so i can set it and not worry that i will fall asleep with the heat on
