Pros
The hearos extreme ear plugs are the best earplugs i've ever used. Great for sleep and loud musical events. they work so well i sleep through pretty much everything -- even my alarm.
These compress readily by rolling between your hands. They are more cylindrical than conical, so they stay in place. You squeeze the plug pointed, place in ear and it expands cancelling noise with no discomfort.
These are my favorite. Highly recommend them. And the price is not bad neither. Worth every penny. They work quickly and well.

It is very disappointing and i am saddened that i can no longer trust this product" "this new formulation is absolutely awful. Think new coke in the 1980s -- why try to improve something that isn't broken?
They now cause ear soreness after a night’s sleep. My ears feel bruised.
The new manufacturing changes to produce hearos are failos.

They changed the material per my understanding and i feel that the noise is not getting blocked as good any more
