Great for blocking out noise. I wear them at night to help with the snoring situation coming from the other side of the bed. My partner snores and they are good for that.

They work great for me on long plane flights and when i play drums in my band. Effective and super comfortable. Db reduction is average - and adequate for lawn work.
These are a game changer. The top is the replacement, and the bottom is the defective ear plug i received originally.

You can of course get more powerful earplugs and if what you need protection from is a shorter burst of much louder noise jackhammers dynamite gunfire that sort of thing these are the wrong plug for those cases as softness doesnt really matter for shortterm use and you want the highest db reduction rating you can find when the noise level is going to be that high with muffs as well
